Amazing find near downtown Centralia - masa harina only flour used with all tortillas(homemade), sopas & tamales. They even use masa for batter for chili relleno. "Bread pudding" is only gluten on the menu. Delicious, confident eating. Owner was kind in answering GF ?'s and explaining how they have always used masa harina in their Michoacán recipes - even their mole! Clean, Cheerful, Easy on/off freeway = our new favorite stop between Seattle & Portland.
