Great menu options for GF. No GF pizza but ingredients for other dishes are well marked for gluten. (Avoid 1 as that is gluten.) I am celiac and sometimes sensitive, but did not have any issues with cross contamination. But do be aware it is not a separate kitchen space or particular care to do so.
This is also more of a “local” place, not really touristy, so come with your translator app and the English menu online. Husband is Lactose intolerant and had amazing dairy free cheese on his pizza but adaptations to existing menu would be difficult with staff not speaking English or Russian, only Bulgarian.

Bit further out than other places but they have the helpful allergens numbering system (avoid 1 as that means gluten). The food was great and the staff were lovely.
They also do a gf baked brie that was amazing. Also not very expensive
