Their sign says in HUGE LETTERS, gluten free and vegan plant-based mexican food.
Here's how my interaction went today:
Me: "Hi, what things are gluten free?"
Her: "I don't know. Nothing."
Me: "Nothing? Really?
Her: "I don't know. Maybe the cauliflower ceviche."
Me: "Ok can I get that?"
Her: "No."

Love this place! The staff was very patient and helpful with my questions. Was told tamales are gluten-free except ones containing mole sauce. I have eaten here and also purchased them at the Orange Homegrown Farmers Market and enjoyed them both times.
Yes
The staff was super super knowledgeable. The only thing not gf was a mole sauce and it has not gluten ingredients but has an ingredient they can’t verify for cross contamination. The lady there was very helpful and made me something special that met all my many dietary needs. The black beans were really really good ( I’m not sure how black beans could be so good they are just black beans after all but they were). All the food was fresh and great! My family enjoyed it. FYI it’s in a center with lots of walk up restaurants where you order at the counter and sit down with your friends who may have ordered at other restaurants.

It's my understanding that it is a dedicated 100% gluten free kitchen. Food was delicious...great tamales, awesome ceviche and all vegan. Friendly staff...a perfect experience.
