The only menu item is the Mediterranean salad. They don't have a separate fryer or grill.

This is not a suitable option for Celiacs. Do not have a GF menu, don't have a segregated fryer. Got terribly sick just eating the bunless burger. Stay away.

They have no dedicated fryer or preparation area. If you truly celiac and as sensitive as I am I would tread very carefully

I love the food at PJ's. This is a music venue by night but serves food throughout the day/evening.They carry fresh bread from Sugar Kisses GF bakery, so almost all regular menu items can be made GF. I highly recommend their blue cheese burger (best burger in town IMO), and the spicy catfish po-boy (battered with corn meal). For those who are only wheat sensitive they have home-made chicken tenders breaded with corn chips -- so great! They also carry alot of vegan/vegetarian options.
