I’m a very cautious eater and was prepared to have just hot water for breakfast. The server we had was very considerate and knowledgeable about gluten, and they use a separate pan for every omelette. She wasn’t sure if the bacon was gf so brought it on a separate plate (I skipped it). Also just had greens instead of potato.
