When I ordered a gluten free pizza, it looked remarkably similar to my wife's hand-tossed crust. I called back to ask if the order was input correctly. Turns out it wasn't. They then tried to get me to come in pick up my replacement pizza after I had the first one delivered. When they finally did deliver the new pizza, they not only didn't apologize for the mistake, but also asked for the original pizza back, clearly not trusting that the establishment goofed. Once he saw the offending pizza, he grumbled something inaudible, turned on his heal and walked away. For what it's worth both the replacement pizza and my wife's were badly burned. My pizza-loving kid wouldn't even eat it. I had heard good things about this place, but we'll never be back.
