On safety—we have a separate toaster for gluten free breads. We do not use wheat flour on premises except in ready made items such as sliced sandwich breads. All our in house baked items are gluten free.

Knowledgeable and honest staff. No free flour in the kitchen. Toaster is the only real spot with gluten contamination. Delicious fresh food that propels you on to the rest of the day!
