They have a long list of menu items that are GF. They have "pass arounds" that are included with each entree (black eyed peas and fried potatoes are GF). This restaurant is famous for literally throwing rolls across the room, so probably not great for those who are super sensitive. The food I had was delicious and no reaction.
Although the rolls are not GF, I still had a ton of options with their GF menu and GF pass arounds. I had ham, green beans, apple sauce, fried potatoes and black eyed peas. It was all delicious and a great experience!!

I requested strictest GF senstive percautions. My waitress, Kira, did not disappoint! She had the kitchen manager prepare my food with glove change. She grabbed a waitress just coming on shift to carry my plate to avoid cross contamination. She was very knowledgeable about GF safety. I felt very safe.

I can't recommend this restaurant for GF folks who are susceptible to airborne glutens. The rolls are "throwed" everywhere! You can smell the gluten and almost see a gluten haze as soon as you walk in!
No
Decent selection. Obviously and torturously though rolls aren't GF.
Was very surprised with the selection of food. I ordered the BBQ pork steak with baked potato. The food tasted great. I had no healthy issues the next day. Unfortunately the rolls aren't GF because they looked delicious.
Yes
Plenty of options for the three of us who can't have gluten. If you are celiac and can't be around gluten at all, you probably better not go to the home of the tossed rolls.
A little scary because I get hives from gluten touching me but I was fine just a little in edge while they were throwing the rolls! A great place to its great options!!! The salmon was delicious
Everything was wonderful! They have a printed menu in the restaurant with tons of meat and veggie options, including a chef salad--order without the bread bowl. I had the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, and cucumber salad, while the kids had bunless cheeseburgers with applesauce and carrots. A must stop!
Nothing on the internet but they have allergen menus for ALL the major allergens! I picked up the gluten, dairy and soy ones. Plenty of choices!!!
I couldn't find one, or even mention of one on the internet, but they have an extensive menu of gluten free options, including many sides and main dishes! the wait staff were sensitive and attentive to my needs.
