Just met with the owner, Mike, who was eager to learn about what it means to be gluten-free. Mike is eager to accommodate his patrons with Celiac and is going to educate his employees on avoiding cross-contamination. He has dedicated utensils, containers, pans, and workspace for the gluten free pizza. I’m so impressed with his desire to accommodate Celiac customers.
