Based on the great reviews I decided to eat here. My server was a younger man(30ish) and when I told him I was gluten free he didn't seem to register it. So I ordered my sushi based on what the menu said was okay. I inquired about the soup and salad and he swore both were gluten free but based on a previous review about the salad dressing I caught another server and asked and she said absolutely not. So, I asked her to verify and inform my server. He brought me a naked salad with no offer of any type of dressing. He also swore to me that in the 6 months he's been there he's always been told the salad dressing is gf.
Overall I wasn't impressed. I quite nearly ate the first salad I was presented and trusted him. That would have been a disaster.

The server Nina was very aware. She said the ginger salad dressing wasn't gluten free and brought me olive oil and lemon for my salad. The miso soup was GF; not super tasty to me but fine. Nigiri is now 1.50 a piece. Everything is marked GF on the menu. Very impressed.

Knowledgeable hostess and waitresses claimed 'everything' was Gluten-free. However, I discovered their fake wasabi was made of flour, not gluten free and it was all over the plate, after asking the sushiman who makes it. They did offer a small pinch of 'real' Gluten-free wasabi for 10 dollars or so.

This place is amazing. The staff was very knowledgable about celiacs, from the food to the drinks to preparation. The sushi was delicious, the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful in walking through the menu. The $1 nigiri is also a great deal!

the sushi is amazing and they're the most knowledgeable sushi place in Denver about celiac disease. The front AND sushi staff both know their stuff and work together to make sure the food is safe and tastes amazing. I've never gotten sick here and I'm a sensitive celiac and I've been dozens of times. They can even make their spicy rolls gluten free! The food is a great value too- $1 per piece for all regular nigiri.

Great sushi! Unadvertised but nigiri is always only $1 per piece.
GF Soy sauce, GF ginger dressing for salad. Staff understands Celiac disease . They can make sushi GF by avoiding certain sauces and avoiding using tempura in their crunchy dishes!
