Came here twice recently. The first time was not a good experience. I was excited to see all of the gf options online so my roommate and I decided to come in. We were seated and I asked our waitress for the gf menu. I ordered the Maryland crab dip. This dip is also on the regular menu. When I ordered (same girl who I asked the gf menu for) I pointed to the crab dip on the gf menu. When my food came out there was bread on the plate. The gf menu specified corn tortilla chips but the regular menu had bread. I told the waitress that I ordered the gf crab dip and this is clearly not gf. She said oh, you didn't specify when you were ordering and was very rude about it. I figured asking her for the gf menu and then pointing to what I wanted on the menu was enough but clearly not. So she took the plate away and said she would bring back the gf version. She brought it back a minute later with the chips. I began eating it and got a few bites in when i realized there was some crusty topping. My roommate still had her menu so I read the description and realized there was a breadcrumb topping on the non gf dip. So the waitress did not actually make me a new one but instead just replaced the bread with chips on the plate. She was clearly uninformed on the menu. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible since I new I was going to have some sort of reaction. I took the managers business card and emailed him that night. He responded with an apology and offered me a 20$ gift card to come back and try again. I said okay I would love to come back again because it is conveniently located to my apartment and had a large gf menu. He never answered that email and I never got the gift card. The only saving grace to this review is that I went back a few weeks later with my mom, had a much nicer server, and got my food perfectly and delicious. Make sure you are careful and very specific with these non attentive servers.
This restaurant had beyond delicious gmfold that was gluten free. I was on a college tour and found this place using this app. I ordered the gluten free chicken tenders and they were so delicious (to the point where I thought they weren’t gluten free). They were fresh, and crispy, and left me with no words. Service was super nice and I had one of the nicest waitresses, Victoria, and she was beyond knowledgeable of what the restaurant had to offer. 10/10 for me and is a place that I will definitely recommend and return to.
they have a gluten free menu on their website and I have eaten there several times without having any issues. the food is good, and I like the atmosphere of the restaurant. they have some vegetarian options as well.
Place was dirty and the music was super loud and distracting. They offer GF fries on the menu however while ordering I was then told they don’t have a separate fryer so fries were off the menu. Not a place I would go back to.
fried items share a fryer with gluten foods and there isnt a disclaimer. they do however have a gf menu. when i asked about the fryers, the waitress asked me if my allergy is really that bad. they also gave me saltines with my soup. not knowledgeable about gf.
Love that I can order from a decent selection here. Food is good, and I often get the burger - get it with guacamole! Apps, soup, entrees, and salads. No dessert or dedicated fryer but overall, one of my fav places to go with total confidence in WC.
After I explained that I was gf, my server brought out my salad with a roll perched on top. Clearly the wait staff does not know what gluten is. That always makes me worry about what is going on the kitchen that I cannot see.
Food was good, service was very good, but the atmosphere didn't cut it for me. I was there on a Friday evening and the huge bar was packed and loud, so the dining room was as well. The chairs in the dining room weren't very comfortable. I had the salmon BLT and I can't imagine salmon without bacon ever again! My server was really nice and seemed knowledgeable about CD and cross contamination and understood why I asked about condiments like mayo being swiped from the same bin as regular bread. I bring mayo packets from Wawa with me everywhere!
