If there’s a food allergy at the table, a manage will take the order and deliver it to the kitchen. I ordered the lobster tail & fingerling potatoes and was informed the lemon butter sauce is not safe. The food was okay but worth the long wait and/or price.

They did not provide a separate gf menu due to Covid. Our server was unsure of gf options. He had to go ask in the kitchen, but he was concern about making sure my food was safe. I had the cedar plank salmon. It was amazing.

Waitress didn’t know that celiac meant GF. Asked for manager to take my order. Said came out with croutons. Was then leery about whether my meal was properly prepared and asked for manager assistance. Took 20 minutes to get manager back. Not a great experience.
Our server was so knowledgeable about celiac. He even knew about cross contamination. He had the manager come and take our order for our celiac order to ensure it was prepared safely. Food was delicious, and they had GF creme brûlée!

There was a gluten-free menu but it really was quite boring. Whilst the fish was excellent, the rice / steamed veg lacked imagination and reminded me of what i get served on planes.
Gf menu. The manager came to our table upon arriving to let me know he was aware of my allergy. However our sever was kind of careless. We waited 20 min before receiving a drink. My salad came out with croutons. For my meal I had grilled shrimp (only 7 shrimps) which came with white rice and broccoli. It was very plain and dry, no sauce. For $21 I expected better
This place didn't pop up on this app, but I've been to the one in New Orleans a few times and knew I would get a good meal even it was only going to be grilled fish with veg. When I asked the waitress, Sara, for GF suggestions she returned with a GF menu and a manager. We went over the regular menu and modified it a bit. The mgr. told the waitress exactly how to enter the order and what to tell the chef. I ended up with a broiled redfish with the Melissa topping, sauteed shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and lump crabmeat. This was hands down the best meal I've had since being diagnosed with Celiac. Giant kudos to the restaurant, the unbelievably accomodating manager and the chef for an over the top dining experience! BTW, the manager came by to check on my meal and informed me that the only dessert I could have was the creme brulee (as if I had any room for dessert!)

We were very disappointed to have only 3 GF seafood entree selections: grilled shrimp, lobster and king crab. We both had the shrimp which was overdone and came with plain steamed broccoli and white rice (substitution of a baked potato for rice = $3 up charge). Most entrees and vegetable selections depend on a roux-based(not GF) sauce for flavor.
Service was very slow, but I felt safe. Chef came out to discuss options and preparations.
They have a full gluten free menu. The server wasn't too knowledgable but made sure I was taken care of. The food was pretty good. I'd return again!
The manager came out and talked to me and was very friendly. Gluten free menu had a lot to look from. Waiter said they take it seriously because of people filing lawsuits, whatever it takes right : ). No issues, will return.

Amazing service. Manager Laura-Lee took my order and assured me that all my food items would be cooked in a separate pans to eliminate chances of cross contamination. Our server, Hector was amazing as well. Never felt safer in a restaurant. Thank you!

They had a separate gluten sensitivity menu with statement to notify the manager. The server didn’t seem very knowledgeable but I talked to the chef before I got there and they came out to check on my meal. I felt the staff were responsive and if the server didn’t know she found out.

So for years Landry’s has been our go to ! I am celiac but to night we went to happy hour like I have been doing for 7 years! Birthdays, anniversary’s, gatherings, with friends and families! We love to go to happy hour have drinks and appetizers it was a great deal then often move to dinner!! We have been a huge fan of Kay! From bartender to party manager! She has been there for me with all my food allergies! But tonight friends met us at Landry’s for happy hour and I was told both managers reported there was nothing I could eat! I could order from the regular menu and have shrimp kababs… I’m allergic to shrimp! So my friends ate appetizers while I had nothing to eat!!

We enjoyed our meal at Landry's. My wife has Ceeliac disease and was able to enjoy a delicious piece of salmon with baked potato. The waitress explained options well and checked with the kitchen when she wasn't sure. There were good pan-fried and sautéed seafood options as well as a fair veg selection. This place was a good choice for us.
