Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they had many GF options. Average bar food and taste is mediocre.. shout out for being great about gluten free though!!
Friendly and fast even though they were understaffed. The gluten free burger was great. Felt pretty safe eating it and haven’t had any adverse reactions. Dedicated GF menu with lots of options including Philly cheesesteak and desserts!
Gluten free menu available just ask. Designated fryer for fries and chips. Beach fries were delicious

I felt very safe here and had no reaction. One of the employees was gluten free and he was very excited to point out that they have a dedicated fryer for fries and chips and that two of the pie options have a gluten free crust. They also had a separate gluten free menu with a good variety of options and the staff were very careful and had a good understanding of cross-contamination. I had the LandShark burger with the house sauce and fries with peanut butter pie for desert. Everything was very good and my non-celiac family also enjoyed their lunch.
The chef came out and we talked about safe food and options. Anne was so great to ensure there was no cross-contamination and everything was gf. Totally recommend!!!!
They understood gluten free. I had the mahi mahi sandwich on udi’s bun. Homemade chips. They also had gf key lime pie. All was very good.
Amazing food. Staff was knowledgeable. My gluten boyfriend who eats gf for us to share says it was the best burger bun he's ever had.
Staff was vey knowledgeable and they had a gluten free menu with many options. I had a delicious salad with grilled shrimp and a gf peanut butter pie. I have celiac so am leery about eating out.

Was so tired of eating GF burgers so I was happy to see the extra options they had on their menu! I ended up getting “fish tacos” which is more fish nachos here to make it gf with their tortilla chips. Was very tasty and I had no reaction.
Was very happy about the dedicated gluten free menu; had a lot of different options, depending on what you wanted! Made me feel like being gluten intolerant was not a hassle and did not have to pay extra. Would recommend for a simple meal. My burger was very good, above average on the gf side!
Felt very safe. They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free and the gluten free menu had numerous options. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were wonderful and very considerate. That being said, the food that came out was sub par but edible. Definitely a safe pick, but not a gourmet choice.
Good experience here! I ordered the hot honey grilled chicken sandwich with fries on the side. Did not ask if they were in a separate fryer but I did not have a reaction. They had a large gluten free menu which was great. Would visit again.

Excellent experiences here multiple times. They have lots of GF options and a separate fryer for fries. Their burgers are great. Staff seem knowledgeable about taking appropriate precautions. I have never gotten sick here.

Terrible, terrible service. Extremely limited gf. Had the fries (which were not good). I’m pretty sure I got sick from here. This is the first bad review I have ever submitted here.

Wonderful! The food was wonderful. The first time I went I got a burger and it was HUGE! I got the house chips as the side. No reaction what so ever. So good we are back there right now getting lunch again.
5 stars, they have a GF menu that includes house made fries and chips. My daughter was over the moon to have a burger with a bun (that was soft and did not disintegrate). I had the mahi sandwich with fries. Our table all ate gf including a keylime pie (yum). We will definitely be back when we are in town. The manager and staff were knowledgeable, and the manager was so thoughtful and talked about their training and efforts to offer more gf items in the future 🙌🏻
Got food poisoning from the turkey club. My husband and I were super sick after. They just have food sitting out for way too long that past due. Gluten free menu had many options.
Great place to eat. Staff was very knowledgeable, manager came out immediately to bring my GF menu and asked if I had any questions. Didn’t experience any cross contamination. Dedicated space for fries and such I was told. Most importantly, bun does NOT fall apart!! Helped me chose a gf frozen beverage. Super nice and helpful employees. 10/10 will eat here again.

Food was average but they have a dedicated fryer for fries which was awesome. I got a mushroom Swiss burger nothing special gf bum was good though. Love that they have a gf menu and knowledgeable employees
Good selection of items on their gluten free menu. I had a Hawaiian burger with fries and split a key lime pie with my fiancé. Everything was delicious, the burger bun was the first good GF bread I’ve had in a long time. Service wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the greatest either, though we do tend to expect that when we visit Gatlinburg.
Gluten free Landshark burger was very good. Dedicated fryer for fries. Looked to be an UDI’s bun.
Had a great experience here. Grilled fish sandwich on a REALLY good GF bun, and GF fries. I would definitely come back here!
I cannot say enough good things. It is a very cheerful atmosphere. They have a fairly extensive gluten free menu. I would say around 15 choices. The bun on my grilled fish sandwich with gf tartar sauce was amazing. The fries are in a separate fryer and were delicious. They even have key lime pie made with a GF grah cracker crust. It was amazing. Also the general manager has celiac which made me much more comfortable. Overall I was impressed.
Went here for lunch, there was a dedicated gf menu and the employees were knowledgeable and understanding about me having celiac. Food was great and they were willing to accommodate items on the regular menu. I had no reaction!

I got the burger and fries. A little after I was having stomach issues. I got diagnosed a couple months ago and am not to sure if something was contaminated or if it was just to much grease for me.
We ate here and it was pretty good! I got the Caribbean chicken salad. There was no wait and it wasn’t super busy. They have a separate GF menu which notes what you can have and what substitutions are necessary. They don’t have GF breading, so you can’t get chicken, fish, or shrimp fried, only grilled. I didn’t ask about the fryer for the French fries since I decided to get a salad.
Very knowledgeable about food allergies in general and friendly staff. They shared what they do to reduce cross contact and understood the importance. We went twice and I didn’t react either time. Very impressed. And they have a dedicated fryer!
My favorite place we went to on our week vacation in Gatlinburg! Food was great, and staff was very helpful and double checked my food when the servers brought it out.
Highly sensitive celiac. They had their own menu for gluten free. When I asked the server about fries, she immediately told me they have their own dedicated fryer. I got the grilled shrimp and fries. The food was AMAZING!!!
Ordered the taco nachos and a bbq burger with fries. The chips with the nachos were very stale, but the flavors of the toppings were great. BBQ burger prepared GF is basically a bacon cheeseburger. It tasted great but a few hard spots in the bun. Server was great.

My husband and I both need to eat GF, but are not celiac. They gave us a gluten free menu and have a dedicated fryer and GF buns available. My husband had the grilled chicken tenders w/french fries and I had the taco nachos. Both were delicious and very generous portions. Waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely go back again!

Was super easy to order here. Ask for a gluten free menu. They have appetizers that are GF (nachos and fries are separate fryers). I got grilled shrimp and my boyfriend got a burger with a GF bun (no gluten allergy, just me). Very good food
Separate gluten free menu and my server immediately knew what to do. I asked for her input and ended up going with the grilled shrimp basket. It came with fries and Cole slaw. Delicious, and no reaction. Yay!
I got the taco nachos 3 times while we were there this past week! They were so good. And i never got sick. The volcano nachos at margaritaville are similar but these are so much better! Always a safe bet for me and the rest of the menu is good for my non celiac husband and our friends.
Dedicated fryer for the French fries, staff is very knowledgeable about celiac. This is the best experience I’ve had a restaurant since being diagnosed.
We went to dinner here but the menu options seemed limited. I went with a basic hamburger. The bun was hard around the edges. The waiter did not seem that knowledgeable about GF but he did write it down when I ordered and I confirmed with the person who brought the food to the table. I did not get sick but I was also not impressed with the meal or options available.
Staff was very pleasant. They do have a gluten free menu, and we found out that, at the time of our visit, the gf buns they had available contained almonds, so glad we checked. Ordered a turkey club, no bun, and it was both tasty and filling. They do say they have a designated fries, but the fries did taste old or perhaps reheated.
We tried the Taco Nachos since others had tried and liked them. They were great! Perfect light dinner for two of us. They had a separate gluten free menu with several options.
Our server was very knowledgeable about GF options. I had fries, burger, and loaded nachos with no reaction. The food was good as well.

Was a nice place on the beach. Food was good. Gluten free menu and fries were safe and gluten free! I had grilled shrimp and they gave me plenty. No side effects from cross contamination. Margaritas were tasty.
Dedicated fryer, separate gf menu, knowledgeable staff AND the food was actually good! We ordered the nachos and the bacon cheese fries and shared with gluten eaters. The plates were cleaned! We were all happy and I didn’t get sick! Also can’t beat the ocean views! Highly recommend!

Our server was so kind and knowledgeable about GF. Fries are in a separate fryer! I got a burger in a lettuce wrap (Udi’s bun offered, I just didn’t want it) with fries and it really hit the spot.
Great experience!! I am very sensitive to cross contamination and I felt great after eating here. I had the nachos and the ceasar salad with the non marinated chicken and no croutons. Delicious and most importantly safe!
