Asymptomatic Celiac

At the Aviation Museum - no gf menu, couple salads on the menu and the kalua pork rice bowl is apparently gluten free (I asked). Was strangely delicious but came with a bbq sauce I doubt was gf…I’m low sensitivity celiac so likely won’t be able to tell. No sign of gf buns for the burgers and I didn’t ask if there was a dedicated fryer - strongly doubt there is. No indication any special precautions were taken for me - the cashier didn’t even note anywhere I was celiac.

We had lunch here while we visited Pearl Harbor. The gluten free menu was limited but my daughter was able to have pulled pork and rice, which was yummy and didn’t make her sick.
