Maybe celiac friendly but not the safest for other allergies, if you're handling a handful of allergies this is not the place for you.

So many options! The menu board calls out that items that go in the fryer are prepared gluten-free. Additionally, staff are knowledgeable; at least one member of the back-of-house team is celiac. My only complaint is that the fried items are a little too salty - ask for no extra salt. However, where else are you going to get fried avocado slices? Fried pickles? I got mine with a salad because burgers are honestly easier to come by than the fried items.

Basically everything but the buns is gluten free- great fries, amazing burgers (with lettuce wrap or gf bun). Milkshakes are awesome too- everything comes out with an “allergy” marker on it. I’ve never gotten sick!

awesome awesome burgers! soon after I went gf I ate here and loved it, it helped me realize that there are good options for gluten free if you know where to look. I've since moved but try to visit whenever I'm in town

The only thing on the menu that is not GF is the standard bun. Their gluten free bun is good, and the sauces are AMAZING. The chicken burger has "crispy jalapenos" which have a GF batter. Their fryer is GF by default, because they don't fry anything with gluten. Their milkshakes are amazing, and they have GF ice cream cones!

(GF bun is dairy-free, and their veggie burger is a roasted portabella mushroom instead of soy.)

Simply amazing! One note: if you are getting both gluten and gf stuff ask them to put it in a separate bag because sometimes they don't and it touches.

Yummy! I told them I needed them to be careful that my lettuce wrapped burger & fries didn't touch my family's gluten buns. They brought mine out on a tray with the fries and the gluteny burgers on a separate tray. I didn't try the gf bun because I really like my burger on lettuce.

most delicious burger I've ever had, gluten free or otherwise. Only drawback is the price, pretty darn expensive for a burger and fries.

Amazing place for a burger! We had the truffle burger with the parmesan fries, and it was fantastic. Good thing, because with shakes the total was nearly $30 for 2. Nice to be able to have a good burger without risk of cross contamination though. The gluten free bun is soft and not too chewy, as some have the tendency to be. They even offer a gluten free ice cream cone!

Fresh, quality ingredients. The burgers are delicious. The gluten free bun tastes great and holds up well. The truffle fries are my favorite. Slight wait for your food due to everything being cooked to order but the waits not to bad and definitely worth it. Slightly pricey about $25 for two people for burgers, drinks as fries. Quality is well worth the price.

I didn't get the gf bun, but the burger was very good. Loved the fries, now I see why you might need a fork :) Very pleased

Very knowledgable about Celiacs, great turkey burger, LOVE the skinny fries, no food dyes, no high fructose corn syrup (in the house sauce)... Remember to specify if you have a high sensitivity and they will be extra careful. Yummy :)

The burger was ok but the bun was a soggy mess which bothered me after having to pay extra for it. The fries were alright but you really need a fork to eat them with. If I were to go back I would go for a lettuce wrapped burger and request a fork!

This place is horrible, it took them 25 minutes to cook a rare burger when the restaurant was deserted.

My personal go to burger in Boulder. GF fryer and outstanding gluten free buns make a really enjoyable GF dining experience. Mention allergy and they'll keep your bun completely separate to mitigate contamination. Eaten here frequently 5+ years and never had an issue - would highly recommend.

The food was amazing the last time I visited. I got a hamburger with a gluten free bun. Their buns are so soft and delicious. Then I got a side of tots and fries because I couldn't decide between the two. The tots were so crunchy and amazing. It is a tad on the expensive side but I definitely think it is worth it.
