Fantastic and safe! They understand celiac and GF. Great food!
EXCELLENT FOOD!!!! So many GF options and they take Gluten allergy VERY seriously. We also eat dairy free and they accommodate us well. Everything is always sooooo good. Fantastic soft corn tacos, tostadas, chips, guacamole, salsa, tamales and frozen drinks are all delicious. Celiac friendly!!
Um….. YUM! The food is so fresh and the lady taking order was very friendly and helpful. The chips are in own fryer. The soft tacos are corn and not flour. I did not study the menu so I didn’t notice what all may have gluten but so much of it is GF! Don’t let the “hole in the wall” vibe be off putting. It is a little pricier than one might expect given the setting but the food is very fresh and you are paying for that. It’s worth every cent.

Bring your wallet. I’d say it’s the most expensive Mexican food in the area. Worth it.
Chips are in a shared fryer. There was confusion at first. Owner said only corn items, but then remembered they fry the one item they make with flour tortillas.

I had a wonderful experience here! As a newly diagnosed Celiac, eating out is overwhelming. The staff was very kind and took the time to explain to me their safe practices. Great food, I highly recommend!
The staff is trained to know about allergies and what to do. There’s a separate fryer for the chips. I got the chicken tacos and guacamole with chips. I didn’t get sick and will be going back!
The owner takes gluten free seriously and watches over the staff. Food was excellent. I get the chicken street tacos and chips. Been many times and no reaction

They are very careful and use only corn mass flour to make their tortillas and tamales and everything else.
Only the bread for sandwiches has gluten.
The good is amazing. Some of the best Mexican in the country. They are very knowledgeable and take lots of precautions.
So delicious. Owner was working counter. Told me what I could order, anything but sandwich. Any of the sandwiches could be made as tacos. Chips are in shared fryer. Will definitely come back.
Incredible selection...3rd time back this year! They let the kitchen know if you need GF, and they change gloves! Chips have a gluten free fryer. Tacos are GF on corn tortillas (so gooood)! Recommend the fried cheese
This place is awesome! I had the fillet mignon tacos, they were both dairy and gluten-free as well as absolutely delicious.
Amazing food!!! We ordered many different items, 2 of our 4 were also dairy free. The owner’s son takes the orders and takes great pride in delivering an excellent meal free from allergens. The ticket is marked and the staff is briefed on the allergens, they are trained in celiac friendly preparation and their fryer is dedicated to corn only. He took the time to identify all items on the menu that were GF and the dairy free items he added more of other garnish to make up for it. The food is fresh, all natural and delicious. Highly recommend, we will be eating here often!
Amazing service! These people get it and care. They patiently explain everything in each order and alert the staff on how to prepare the meal and instruct a complete wipe down of the grill for celiac customers. They are extremely accommodating for all allergens and sensitivities including dairy. When an item is removed from an order they provide extra of something else! Couldn't ask for a more supportive restaurant that is very family and kid friendly.
When I told him I had a gluten allergy he stopped and told the entire staff. He explained they were trained by a person with celiac. This was my first meal out where I really felt comfortable. And the food was delicious!
Staff is very knowledgeable. I am a celiac and eat here several days a week. I have never had a single problem. Great food!!! I’m also dairy free and they can accommodate that as well.

So delicious! They are very careful about food prep if you tell them you need GF. Gluten free tacos are prepared in a separate area. I just wish it wasn't so pricey!

This place is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about celiac and the need to eat gluten free. All of there food is made with fresh food. We will definitely go back.
This place is sensational! The owner's son greeted us at the register/order counter. The moment I told him our daughter was celiac he went into action. I didn't have to ask my usually thousand questions because he began telling me the answers to my usually questions plus a whole lot of other information. He totally understood just like he had celiac. He even asked if that was the only issue she had. There are no flour tortillas used here...only corn! This is great for anyone with celiac or gluten sensitivity. We had the chicken tamales, chicken tostadas, fish tacos and the cheese "fondue". My daughter also had the mango juice. Everything was delicious! I can not say enough great things about this restaurant. It is obvious how this family loves sharing their traditional food with their patrons. We will gladly be back! This is one of the few places that a celiac can go eat and not be worried about cross contamination. I have uploaded picture of our food as well. Do yourself a favor and try this place no matter if you live in Memphis or just come to visit.
Food was great! The owner understood GF and went back to tell the kitchen to expect the GF order. About 1/2 the menu is gluten free. I had tacos and they gave me corn on the cob rolled in cheese & peppers. It was really good. They have fresh limeade. Just make sure you tell them you need GF.
Wonderful service, the owner's son waited on us and his passion for quality was evident. Explained the care that goes into the gluten free experience, and I didn't feel sick at all after eating here. The food was delicious and fresh, had the fish tacos. Softest gluten free tortillas I have ever had. Make sure you try the homemade limeade! Will definitely be back.
Fantastic food. Excellent service. It's in a strip mall and small, we almost could have missed it, but I'm glad we didn't. It is a must try. I had tinga chicken tacos, my mom had steak tacos, my grandmother shrimp tacos and my son a quesadilla. Everyone loved their meals. They have the softest corn tortillas.

I can't even believe this little gem is so close to home! The owner and his son (I believe) were way more than accommodating for my families gluten free needs. He patiently explained their process to prevent cross contamination and even suggested some items he felt my kiddos would enjoy! The food is DELICIOUS!

Awesome food! Very fresh and delicious. Very aware of GF. 90% of menu is already GF. Owner very passionate about his food and it shows. He insisted that I eat the food there as I was getting take-out, but I didn't have the time, after a 20 minute drive the food was very delicious. Can't wait to go back!!
