Server understood what Celiac was and cared about my concerns. I ordered the pizza and was very happy with how it tasted and I felt great after eating here. Was also a great place to eat with children of varying ages. We will return.

Fabulous food and a lot of options. When ordering I confirmed gluten free and the server confirmed if it was celiac. A different server brought out my dish and announced it as allergy safe. Lots of items marked on the menu.

I emailed manager ahead of time. Here is how she responded to my questions.
Yes, we have a gluten free fryer. It is a gluten free/vegan fryer so not all items can be done in it.
No, the haystacks are not GF.
We have a GF Soy Sauce.
Yes, the salt and pepper chips are GF, as well as our corn chips.
Our regular house fries are not GF.
Our Sweet Potato fries are GF.
We offer GF pizza crusts and burger buns.
I got the cheeseburger, added bacon and gluten-free bun. It came with potato chips and onion dip. It was delicious! The poppy seed bun held up pretty good.

The waitstaff was very knowledgeable about GF and Celiac Disease. They have a separate fryer for sweet potato fries and keep gf items separate. I am just about to leave so I am not sure of any reactions at this point. But I felt confident talking to them that I’d be safe. That alone is a feat! 5 stars all around. The food was phenomenal!

First off I want to say that I was so pleased with the knowledge of my server! Very celiac friendly!!! The manager even came over to make sure everything was good. I got GF bourbon, GF sweet potato fries (delicious!!!) and the Prime Time sandwich on the most tasty and beautiful gluten free bun I’ve ever seen!! Treat yourself! They also had pizza and can make a lot of items gluten free.

Many gf options clearly marked in menu.
Staff is hit or miss on knowledge. Their gluten-free food options are lacking. Beware- their chicken is marinated in beer but is still listed as a gluten-free option
No
The staff is always knowledgeable about gluten free. They will also fry tortilla chips or French fries in a separate pan with new oil if you tell them your Celiac. I’ve never been sick!
Yes
There are lots of options for gluten free. They just started making their own gluten free bbq sauce for the brisket. Sadly, found out that all their chicken is soaked in beer but they will freshly grill chicken for your order.
Yes
The menu is very deceiving and indicates that almost everything can be made gluten free. Please read it and order carefully. I did just that but found breaded jalapeños on my food even though I requested they sub with fresh ones. Then the chef informs my waiter that the meal has barbecue sauce that can’t be removed and contains gluten!?!? If it can’t be made gluten free then please don’t put it on the menu as an option. After studying the menu closer I came to the conclusion that there really isn’t a way to eat there safely.
No
There were quite a few GF options on the menu, and we enjoyed the pizzas on GF crusts. Also the cherry cider was fantastic. Our server was very knowledgeable. It's a very kid friendly place.
Yes
Nice restaurant, gluten free options on menu. Truffle fries and chips are not gluten free, we were not given an option to have them made gluten free. Make sure you remind waitress several times about wheat allergy.
Yes
AMAZING. Russ, the head chef, was VERY accommodating for me. I got the shrimp and chicken tacos to split with a family member. Turns out the chicken is brined in beer so Russ made a grilled chicken breast for my meal. The corn tortillas are also shared in a fryer and he came out to check with me go see if that was okay. I said no so he hand fried them in a pan of oil. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food tasted amazing as well!
Yes
They have a shared fryer.... And took the time to make special on the stove truffle fries for me. Our waitress Monica was great and made sure to go through options with me. The GF shrimp pizza was super yummy.
Yes
Had gluten free options on the menu. After ordering the salmon (delicious) and truffle fries, they told me that the truffle fries do share a fryer with gluten items, so I passed on those. They had a delicious berry cider on tap that was gluten free as well.
Yes
My boyfriend and I went out to eat here and it was fantastic and they had a very nicely done menu and the food was fantastic
