I grew up on Kansas City barbecue and this is the real deal. I ordered the brisket, pulled pork and pork ribs with coleslaw and smoked beans — delicious! The owner is very involved and the kindest person ever. He is aware of celiac and gluten. The only non-gf option is mac and cheese. Do yourself a favor and come here — it’s likely the best barbecue in the city, if not in Canada.

The server was knowledgeable about Celiac and let us know that all of the bbq meat choices were GF, but that not all sides were safe from gluten or possible cross-contamination. Great meal!
