Generally they are aware of allergens. They do have a disclaimer about cross contamination. I have eaten there twice in 6 mos and had no reaction.

They seemed very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I ordered the Bombay bowl which was delicious. Big serving. Great atmosphere and WiFi! Didn’t get sick. I’m celiac.

They informed me that they cook everything in steamers and do not have set steamers for gluten free food. They can not stop cross contamination and basically recommended I not eat their because I have celiac.

Eat here every few months when we go to Reno. Excellent customer service and food is delicious. Always tell them about gluten, dairy and latex allergies and they go out of their way to accommodate and make sure there is no cross-contamination. They also have a book of all of their ingredients that you can check out if you have multiple allergies. Love their smoothies, bowls, and chili. Highly recommend! It's nice to have a quick place to stop in Reno.

Great food options, their menu is marked for gluten free choices. They also have vegan options. Nice little patio to sit, but limited street parking.

I was diagnosed with celiac in November, and I eat here frequently. Just let them know you are celiac ans they will take care of you.

It's becoming more popular though, so sometimes there is a wait, and there's almost no parking, so I docked them a star.

Big news!! They now have gf tortillas for their burritos. I’ve been waiting for this moment for years! I just had a burrito today with no reaction and the tortilla was amazing and I couldn’t tell it was gf. Update: upon my second try of a burrito, I had a reaction most likely due to cross contamination. I noticed that depending on who is preparing the food they use the same pan to heat up tortillas for both the gluten and gf ones. I have been getting salads here for years with no reaction and there is little risk for cross contamination.
