The waitress, presumably the owner, knew every ingredient in every item. No GF menu but when I told her I couldn’t have gluten she went out of her way to help me and make suggestions on menu items in a manner that left me without a doubt I was in good hands. The food was excellent. I will be back. My new favorite place in NW Visalia.
