When I asked our waiter what from the menu I could eat, he told me the chef can alter anything to fit my needs. So cool. They brought me good gf bread and a special (and scrumptious) amuse-buche. I ordered the octopus appetizer and lamb entree, both of which were delicious. No dessert options other than sorbet, but the dinner was worth it!
The staff was amazing!!! Food was excellent. They do everything great when he comes rk Celiac wish the rest of the world would be trained like they are here in Quebec City.
I attended brunch in the Champlain Room at the Chateau Frontenac. They had excellent knowledge of Celiac, food prep and ingredients. Many of the food items were gluten free already. I was able to enjoy the "brunch buffet" in a safe way, avoiding the typical buffet cross contamination, due to their catering to my desires from the amazing spread and making me a plate to my specifications in the back kitchen and delivering it to my table. They were extremely amenable and made my brunch there amazing.
