They are not celiac friendly in my opinion bc they use the same pan as wheat meals.

Many things are able to be made gluten free. Not marked on the menu, but staff are very knowledgeable and accomadating. They have gf soy sauce, so many things are made with that. Just pick what you want from the menu, and besides the noodles, they can probably make it gf.

Excellent food! knowledgeable staff. They have gluten free soy sauce and therefore have the capability to make almost all entrees gluten free. I ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan which is naturally gluten free.

So good! Our table had egg drop soup Mongolian beef, five flavor chicken, and pork fried rice. they use a white sauce instead of soy sauce so the brown color is not there but it is full of yummy flavor. They cannot make deep fried foods gluten free but can make pretty much any stir fry gluten free. I will be back!

I was able to get pork fried rice just like before, it was very good.

From Taiwan, very nice. They are willing to make it custom gluten free, teriyaki sauce was already made but no problem they will make a batch fresh and gf. AWSOME!!
