Food is fine but the service is particular slow here. The servers seem pretty knowledgeable, however this is a bakery! As such, eating inside during peak hours isn't recommended - I'm a sensitive celiac and definitely felt a bit off one time due to airborne stuff.
I went here to buy a loaf of gluten-free bread. The guy serving was not able to answer the most basic questions about what it was made from. I noticed that they also sell gluten free brownies...but these were on display beside regular pastries so cross contamination very possible. Didn’t feel that they really had any knowledge or cared in any way to understand the their gluten free offerings.
I was impressed enough to say I would always go there if I needed a snack while waiting for a train. They do gluten-free bread which has a nutty texture with sunflower seeds. There is a range of of reasonably priced dishes including scrambled eggs, salads, sandwiches.

They had chicken soup with no carbs and some toasted seeded bread. And coconut macaroons. Those were my options today at 3pm. It was tasty.
They have table service, which I didn’t realize.
