Best Pad Thai and fried rice I have had in town. Fried bananas are flying in a shared fryer. If you are ok with that, get them.

Le Thai (and Le Thai 2) is my favorite Thai in Las Vegas, although I will be the first to admit that the "2" is slightly less delicious (most noticeably with their Pad Thai.) I've always indicated, even on the naturally GF dishes, the need for GF and they've accommodated without an issue on either end. (My partner gets the Yellow Curry, and I the Green or Panang.)

I have lunch here on a regular basis and have never been glutened, but of course there is always the risk of x-contamination. Most of their curries and fried rice dishes can be made gf. I always ask about wheat and gluten every time I order, even if I’ve had it before. Every time, the cashier has checked with the kitchen to double-check. Everything I’ve had is quite good, but my favorites are the yellow curry and garlic fried rice.
