Staff were great at accommodating for a gluten free diet. They have GF bread available and every toastie is placed in parchment paper under the grill so there's no cross-contamination. They also asked about what I could have in the salad it came it (I avoided the dressing just in case). I will have to go back to check if they do GF cakes!
