Review of Lefty's Pizza Shop

We tested the gluten free pizza crust with the Nima and it found gluten. I called the owner and while he apologized he admitted the kitchen staff probably did not know it was a GF pizza and used the same knife and surfaces. That did not impress me. The crust they purchase from Performance Food so I will also contact them. Otherwise, the pizza tastes great!
