No gluten free bread so the crab sandwich is served on lettuce. Which wouldn’t be so bad if the crab was good - this was the blandest crab I have ever had. No flavor to either the crab or the dressing.
This was at the airport

Menu is well labeled for GF. Their fry mix is GF, so you can have most items on the menu. I had their All American Breakfast, and they substituted toast for fruit. Good service.

Great with gluten free and educated about cross contamination etc. Separate fryer for gluten free fried food and menu is really clear. Only negative is they didn’t have any gluten free buns so all the sandwiches and lobster rolls marked as being available for GF weren’t. Otherwise a great stop before your flight and safe!

Terminal C had Several options but they didn’t have any bread today so we opted for fried calamari appetizer with fish and chips entrée. The original recipe is gf so it was really good and it was quite a treat to have calamari since going GF 10 years ago I have found it one other time. My three didn’t get sick before our long plane ride, so although selection was limited, we are thrilled to have a tasty meal with no painful side-effects!

Terminal B didn’t have many options. You can get lobster roll without the roll or a salad. I opted for the salad and they didn’t dry the lettuce so it was watery and the lettuce was brown. Really disappointed.
Edit to say I think the waiter noticed my disappointment and he tried to help but he ended up taking my salad off.

Very clearly marked menu, staff knowledgeable about celiac. Manager delivered my meal and affirmed my meal was celiac safe. All fried items are gluten free, so no risk of shared fryer.

Very disappointing. I thought I was ordering a salmon bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich but then I was told that they have no GF bread. The tiny strips of salmon were served on dry lettuce. No dressing. No bacon. I feel like I paid full price but only got half of what was promised.

No Gluten Bun/Roll Option. Lobster Roll is served on Lettuce, so is the Crab.

I actually ate at the terminal c and terminal e locations, both without issue. They have different menus, too. I got the fish and chips at C and the house salad with salmon and jasmine rice at E. Food was good, and I had no symptoms afterward!
Staff was also kind and accomodating. Chefs at both locations brought the food to me and verified that i had an allergy note on my order before giving it to me.
The waiter at location C also mentioned that nothing with gluten gets fried, so they technically have a dedicated GF fryer.

Ate here on my last trip out. Waitress knew exactly what celiac was. Most of their items are naturally gluten free.

I have tested the calamari with a NIMA sensor and it is safe! So I trust that their friers are safe, any fried food you get here should be ok so long as you make sure the kitchen uses their allergy protocol.

They use a gluten-free batter so all fried foods and fried are made in a gluten-free frier. The menu is marked with all items that are Gluten-free or can be prepared Gluten-free. My celiac daughter enjoyed the fish and chips and loved it!

They no longer have the amazing onion rings but the fryer is still dedicated! The waiter knew that it was and shared when I ordered. It’s in terminal B

We t over what I could have and what could be customized. Server made sure I knew it was gluten free.
Yes
Our server assured me everything was gluten-free, I even asked about the french fries being in a dedicated fryer and she said not to worry it's a hundred percent gluten-free you're fine. I've been throwing up at the airport for an hour with massive stomach pains!! Stay away from this place.

Staff very knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Appreciate the explanation for difference in prep - they bake the fries at this location versus frying, which is a texture difference.

Amazingly delicious food! And they are super careful about gluten allergies. they even checked with my wife who has Celiac to see if the drink we ordered was okay for her.Tons of options on the menu for gluten-free options.
