I met with the chef prior to making a reservation and was assured that he would make sure my food was as safe as possible! He even offered to pan fry peppers for my table (no dedicated fryer) after our server overheard us talking about the fried pepper appetizer. Three of us split the paella and pepper appetizer and it was plenty of food! I felt so safe and the kitchen and wait staff did an amazing job taking care of my dietary needs.
This a is Basque restaurant & the food is great. The waiter was familiar with what gluten free is. He wasn't sure if the paella was gluten, so he double checked for us. A lot of menu items are naturally gluten free. Their yummy bean/chorizo/pork soup is gluten free. They have about 4 desserts that I could choose from. My husband & I shared the pear poached in red wine served with rice pudding - yum!
