Usually great and really just depends on when they refresh the protein and toppings. Be careful of cross contamination especially near noodles or imitation crab. I'll often steer clear of the spicy tuna because it's near the crab and there's often pieces of imitation crab on the spacy salmon.

Additionally, the mark the sauces that are gluten free HOWEVER the website claims the spicy mayo and lemon shark sauce are NOT gluten free whereas the restaurant has them marked as gluten free. I've never had an issue with either though.

This was delicious. The staff weren’t super knowledgeable about GF options, but there is a tool on the website that tells you exactly what is gluten free and let’s you build a bowl online so you can come prepared knowing what you can and can’t have. It was in the nutrition section of the website.
