So tonight my mom and I were driving home from the Flint area and found this little diamond in the rough. The owner & chef Lenny met us at the door to seat us and I quickly asked him about their gluten-free menu items. He told me they didn't have a gluten-free menu but he stocks gluten-free flour and gluten-free pasta. And can do just about anything on the menu with a few tweaks G-free. Everything is made from scratch. We started with the appetizer of gluten-free onion rings which were amazing and then I had Alfredo with shrimp with gluten-free penne pasta. Lenny came to our table 3 times after we were seated to let me know about how the gluten-free food was prepared the service was amazing and the food was spectacular!! And he said if you call a few days in advance before coming he would make a special loaf of gluten-free bread. It is literally in the middle of nowhere in Dryden but it was worth the drive!! We will be returning!!
Way out in the country, but they take care if you right. Can even get Gluten Free onion rings. Very good food.
