I'm not sure if the GF free crust is a commercial made crust or not. The flavor of the crust is ok. I've had some homemade crusts that were much better and more like a gluten based crust. This one is to much like a cracker. The topping had very good flavor however.
We eat here often and have never had an issue. We do avoid the four cheese blend since the blue cheese is an unknown. They've been helpful when we've had questions, and substitutions are really easy. The salads are blah, but their pizzas is quite good and their basic wings are safe. Based on our history with a celiac eating here I'd say it's friendly!
Definitely got sick from the gf crust. It's my own fault because they're "honest" about the risk of cross-contamination, I guess. But it's still a shame. I wish they would take better precautions--why else have a gf crust available?
