Eaten here several times with no issues. Love their cashew chicken! And their creme brulee.
Waiter understood celiac and was very knowledgeable. Food is great. We eat here often It is an icon in Springfield and owner is the creator of Springfield cashew chicken. They do not use separate fryers so ask for grilled chicken
First I was told anything on the menu could be made gluten-free then I was told different when I ordered and it just seem like it was Rush rush rush to get me out of there and they weren’t even busy but the food was good
staff is knowledgeable about GF options, they offer a GF lo mein and all sauces are as well. They also have a GF chicken dish. I have never gotten sick from eating here multiple times
