Our Gluten Free Homemade Dough is prepared in a sterile area and stored in a gluten free only cooler along with separate toppings. We use dedicated screens, cutters, peels and trays when cooking gluten free food. The Homemade Dough uses a mix of rice and tapioca flours and is designed to look and taste like traditional pizza dough. Our Gluten Free Menu is proven with clients from Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Ithaca and Buffalo. We will parbake a pizza so that you can take it home and finish cooking at your leisure.
