I ordered the tacos—it was two well filled tacos, I would probably order a third tortilla bc there was enough filling to fill a third. There were good tacos—zucchini, black beans, bell peppers, jalapeños, romaine lettuce, cashew crema. The tacos were freshly cooked and hot, but it took a while—about a half hour for an order to go.
They’re marketing is a little mixed on gluten free—some places say 100% gluten free, others qualify that not everything is certified gluten free, and others say that there are no gluten containing ingredients which makes things a little confusing.
When I asked why they were gluten free, it was not related to celiac disease or other gluten/wheat related allergy or intolerance. They are more paleo focused—their name is a spin off pal-leo—Leo’s.
