A delightful little boutique dedicated GF. We had the strawberry tart which was delicious. Friendly owner who strives to cater to people with celiac and lactose intolerance. Serves pâtisserie, bread, chocolates and a variety of salads/ take out lunches as well as coffee/tea. A gem!
Very good gluten free selections. Felt like a child in a candy shop. Bought several bread, muffins and cookies. Recommend the chocolate muffins 😊
Liber’ Art (The name is wrong above.) More than excited to find this dedicated GF bakery just a block or so from the Train Station in Annecy. I wanted to eat everything! We were there early in the day and I didn’t want to carry it all around with me for 6+ hours. The sweet shop worker offered to hold my purchased items for me and I picked them up at the end of the day when I walked back to the train station. It was amazing!
This is an amazing cafe, it is fantastic to be able to eat anything there as everything is gluten free. I visited this cafe twice on my holiday and tried two of the vegan options both of which are delicious, also bought some cakes for me to take home. Really good for vegan options aswell. Such a cute cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Would also be good for takeaway. Would highly recommend.
This was one of the best places I ate at in France and I almost missed it. The restaurant is called Liber’Art. When I googled Liber’Tart I doesn’t get any current results and thought it was closed. I got a delicious chocolate tart with a cool little cake pop on top of it. In the takeaway fridge, I got a wonderful tarte aux trois fromages and the donbury poulet. Both were well worth it.
Dedicated gf cafe near the train station in Annecy. It has a variety of pastries, biscuits, bread and Japanese inspired meals which could be eaten in the cafe or taken away. We tried 3 different meals which were all tasty, although they could have been heated for longer. We also had a "frambarbe" which looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. Allergens are marked on cards in front of each pastry. It only has a few tables, so be prepared for a crowd at lunchtime. Great loose leaf tea, properly brewed in a teapot!
Really lovely place with delicious pastry, lunch and bread!
It was a very cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. It was all gluten free and the bottom of each page in the menu said that everything on the page was gluten free and all the deserts were gluten free as well. Next to each item on the menu there were all the possible allergens and the back of the menu had the allergen symbols next to the word. There were plenty of vegan deserts and some food options. Some of the staff also speaks English and they are allergy aware and careful of how they make their food if you have other allergy’s besides gluten. The meal was amazing as well as the food presentation, would definitely recommend eating here!
It was so nice to find this gem in Annecy! Entire menu is gluten free and it was so delicious! Waiters only spoke French, and menu is all in French. Our daughter (majoring in French and business) was our translator. Highly recommend this place for celiac or gluten allergies.
