Fantastic service and excellent tasting GF bun. The sweet potato fries and skinny fries are GF as well.
Delicious burger and waitstaff is knowledgeable of gluten cross contamination. Assured kitchen was "very good about accommodating" me. I have Celiac. Even enjoyed a Joy Bakery macaroon ice cream sandwich on the way out!
Gluten free bun was good! Not too dense. The staff asked about my level of sensitivity and made sure not to cross contaminate. A delicious burger with kind and understanding staff!

It was pretty good good and so far I’m feeling okay but was expensive for me and my husband.
I love liberty burger. The food is quality and the fries are safe! The GF bun is good and doesn’t fall apart. They do up charge $2.50 for a gf bun so it is more expensive, but I feel safe eating here and that’s what matters.

This was the first time I ate in a restaurant in 6 months (AIP diet). They were able to accommodate my super basic but strict needs, and were kind and accurate.
Staff always marks GF as an allergy for us. Have eaten here 20+ times without getting sick. Very celiac friendly. Dedicated fryer for their fries! GF buns are delicious too.

Unsure about the toaster, so I opted for the lettuce wrap, and felt fine. Separate fryer for those delicious sweet potato fries!
I ate her twice during my visit to Dallas. I was happy to get fries and burgers free of contamination.

The burgers are delicious. Just ask for the burgers to be gluten free. Everything is cooked in a separate space and the fries are cooked in different oil.

Great gluten free meal!!!! They can alter almost all burgers to be gluten free. The GF buns are very tasty. The fries can be cooked in separate oil, just make sure to say you have an allergy. A must try!
I was informed by the manager that the only food they have here that is gluten free is there gluten free bun. They could not guarantee dad they could cook a hamburger patty free of gluten. They also have onion rings that are battered in flour cooked in the same oil as the fries. Even though it says on their profile that they have fries and burgers and all kinds of things. I would suggest to take your money elsewhere.
