Liberty Burger

Very friendly and accommodating to Celiacs disease. They asked me specifically if it was sensitivity or allergy/ Celiacs disease! They changed their gloves!!! I ordered the Napa Burger. It came just like I ordered , medium rare, toasted gf bun and juicy!! The hot skinny fries were delicious too! I highly recommend!!

They have GF buns and if you have an allergy they will prepare your meal separately. They have a separate fryer for fries and their sweet potato fries. The also offer GF macaroons with ice cream. They also offer a diary free macaroon option. Their burgers and sweet potato fries are delicious.

Improved knowledge and have GF buns. The buns though are usually very stiff. REVISION: They finally have cider and GF beer. Best GF fries in Dallas.

way too expensive for a serve yourself kind of place. food is ok, but other burger joints locally serve better burgers for way less. Loud, trendy, pricey, no real service. Tables were a mess when we went, no clean place to sit. Patio area was flush with kids birthday party. I wouldn't return.

The burgers are the best burgers in Dallas that alone makes them deserve 5 stars they have great gluten free buns but sadly the liberty burger mustard is not gluten free:( and the fries are not in a dedicated fryer
