This is my go to restaurant for many reason: the servers are all very knowledgeable about gluten, there is a gluten free menu, they can substitute non gluten free items with gluten free options etc. Thinking that the owner had a gluten allergy I asked why they knew so much about GF food and was told that they get a lot of GF customers. Excellent value for your money. I have eaten there many times and have never gotten sick.
