The staff was very helpful but not knowledgeable. They weren’t really sure what gluten was (They removed jalapeños as a precaution but didn’t tell me that the fish was going to be breaded in my taco). Gluten free items are marked on the menu but you have to know what to switch out because they don’t . I was given a free meal for the mix up. Once i got my new tacos ( Cajun Fish & Tequila Shrimp on corn tortillas) I had no issue. Totally safe and gluten free meal. Just make sure you explain the situation extensively.
Their quesadillas are safe with corn tortillas. They have a physical hand written gluten free menu in their store. I have had good luck with a few tacos I have put on corn. Their jalapeños are not gf (soy sauce). Actually many of their Asian fusion tacos have soy sauce... ask questions and they will take good care of you in my experience. Be careful they don’t give you a flour tortilla.
The staff was very nice and informative of gluten free needs. They have a menu marked with the couple tacos that are not gluten free and also a note of how to adjust one taco. Almost the complete menu is gluten free, when ordering with corn tortillas. I used to go to a competitor restaurant, but this one allows almost all tacos on menu and they are very flavorful. It was the best little secret that we found and saw tonight when driving by.
