Licha’s is the BEST! The staff is knowledgeable and only 2-3 menu items contain gluten. I highly recommend Licha’s - a favorite of mine is the Gringa Quesadilla!

Staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and only 2-3 items on the menu have gluten. Had the chicken quesadilla on a blue corn tortilla which did not disappoint

Food was AMAZING! Definitely authentic. Didn't get sick. Items that do have gluten are marked on the menu. (Like...3 things) We will definitely be returning.

literally THE BEST place in Austin. The staff assured me that there is no cross contamination, most of the items are naturally GF and marked so on the menu, and the chips and salsa were gluten free! Even though it was packed during happy hour on a Friday, we got our food quickly. Would recommend the gorditas!

Great experience, food and drinks! My waiter knew exactly what contained gluten, which wasn’t much. He said almost the entire menu is gluten free including the chips. It felt very safe and I didn’t feel sick afterwards at all!

Ate Masa flatbread with shrimp. Also had another chicken dish with mole. I am extremely sensitive but had no issues.

Licha’s is probably my favorite place to eat in Austin. There’s a long wait on weekends but I know I’m getting amazing food that’s going to be safe for me to eat! I think the only thing not GF is the tortas, everything else is safe and the staff has always been able to answer any questions I have!

This place is really cool, nice music, delicious food and great customer service. I'm celiac and I spoke to the manager and she takes all the precautions in the kitchen. Everything was fine. Try Choriqueso, is so tasty.

This.place.is.AMAZING. Food is truly awesome, staff are super nice and really hard workers and ambiance is really fun. Lots of outdoor seating and bar is first come first serve (albeit a little tight on space). Be prepared for a bit of a wait, we went two times in a row and it was packed both times. Most of the menu is gluten free and really, truly amazing. The red snapper was delicious, the camote was unexpected but delicious and the sopecitos are awesome. I just finished dinner there and am already thinking about next meal options.

Almost the entire menu is gluten free. I have celiac disease, and I ha no problems. There is wide variety to choose from and it's delicious.

Great gluten free menu! I wish all restaurants did this!
At first I had a hard time maneuvering the menu. It was hard to know what the meat veggie corn ratios were from the menu descriptions and many of the ingredient combinations were not for me. I don't like too many overpowering sauces or pickled things. At first I wanted the duck enchilada looking dish but I really am picky about mole sauce. I don't like the overly chocolate smokey flavor. Our waiter was very kind and let me taste it before ordering and yep the mole sauce was too rich for me. My dining partner liked it and ate the rest of the dipping sauce. As a waiter was delivering food by my table that appealed to me, I stalked it. Both of those plates looked good so it was between the gorditas and ticoynes. I went with the ticoynes with pork but no pickled onions substitute regular onions and yep it was so delicious I ate the whole thing. Also they let me order half order of the salad with cactus dressing for half the cost. The salad was tremendously good and my dining partner loved his burger. I tasted it yep the burger rocked and all the toppings of the burger were magic. The red sauce they serve with chips was delicious. Not too spicy and very different than traditional salsa. You just have to try it.
So even though I am picky as hell the service here helped me have a heavenly meal. I shall return and try the hurrache or tacos next. Thanks Licha for being so kind to me.
Almost everything is gluten free. I highly recommend the ceviche, STEAK TAMPIQUEÑO and the TOCINADA, all were awesome choices.

Most items are gluten free. I had the mushroom queso and a quesadilla. Chips and hot sauce are good too. Great vibe here! I have celiac and had no reaction after eating here. :)

Loved this place. I could order almost anything, and my non-GF friends loved their food just as much as I did.

Nearly the entire menu is GF. I had the goat plate - it was tender and fantastic! The slaw and retried black beans were great, but the guacamole was mediocre at best. Drinks were also good! The place is a little old house that's been transformed - cute and quaint.
WOW. I had a quesadilla last night for the first time in years. They also don't fry their tortilla chips which I greatly appreciate. GF items are noted on the menu!
Most of the menu is gluten free great food very filling

Almost everything on the menu is gluten free! Pastor quesadilla (ya I said a gluten free quesadilla!) is to die for and love their chips and salsas! Not your typical Mexican food! Everything I've tried is delicious!
Great food, great staff and very celiac friendly
