I called and asked about GF options. Was informed that they don’t have any.
It was absolutely phenomenal!! I read the reviews before and they knew exactly what gluten was and what i could/not eat! I had there normal chicken spring rolls (not fried cause they are shared in the same frier) and the chicken&veggies with the thick rice noodles+white sauce. It was absolutely delicious! There peanut sauce is gf too, i didnt ask about the gf soy sauce though.
Yes
I was a little leery when I walked in (since most people look at me like I'm some sort of alien when I start asking about GLUTEN) but as soon as I got the word out my mouth they told me they had many gluten-free menu items and asked what I wanted bc they know if it's got gluten in it. I got the fried spring rolls (they're made with rice paper which I knew but he said there's no gluten added in--but I didn't think to ask if they are fried in shared oil) and the shrimp vermicelli with rice noodles and it was very good.
Yes
They do not have gluten free soy sauce
Lido has been a favorite of our family for years Now that gluten free is a necessity we love them even more.
Lido's is a Vietnamese restraurant. They do not have a Gluten Free menu but they do have gf options, including gf soy sauce. As a family with Celiac our favorite is the fried spring rolls and vermicelli bowls! This is one of our favorite restraurants.
