But very underwhelming in our opinion. Very... Theme park/hotel continental breakfast execution of the food options? Tasted like memories of awful vacations tbh.

We arrived shortly after opening and yet the coffee cake I got tasted stale, that was really the predominant flavor. Stale and oily. Cinnamon roll was over sweet, also with no flavor beyond "sweet". Breakfast sandwich bread was oily and chewy, again with no flavor, overcooked eggs, and gross bacon.

For ambiance - there is none besides... Bland chaos. They had the tables so crammed together it was hard to move and you had to navigate chaotically packed tables and multiple dogs to get back to where you needed to cream your coffee. Staff was... Not kind or accommodating in any way. I got a huge eye roll when I was handed my cinnamon roll in a to go container and I politely said "oh oops this was for here and warmed up please!". Everyone gave the distinct feeling that you were bothering them or in their way.

And as we left we noticed they had a thin blue line flag on their building we hadn't noticed before going in so it's not going to be a repeat mistake for us.

I LOVE this GF bakery! Everything is GF and they don't even let you bring in outside food or drinks to avoid cc. Their breakfast menu has lots of good options — I've tried the egg bacon sandwich, avocado toast, soups, and more (all were good).

I think they have the best GF cookies and cupcakes I've ever had (even better than Mariposa). My non-GF friends even rave about their bakes goods!

Was recently diagnosed with celiac and I’ve been trying to find deserts that taste exactly like gluten dessert. This place is amazing. The gluten-free dessert taste way better than the gluten desserts!

Great place! Dedicated gluten free space with baked treats and sandwiches. There’s even a sign on the wall asking people to not bring in outside food. I’ve been a few times now and everything I’ve gotten has been delicious. A little spendy, but worth it for the peace of mind.

Really fantastic. Food and latte were both good. I had the avocado toast— the sunny side up egg was cooked PERFECTLY and the avocado was well seasoned. It was $13 which I at first thought was way too much but when they brought me it I was like wow, that’s a whole avocados worth on there!! The oat milk latte was good. I also purchased a brown butter pecan cookie, cookie dough cupcake, butterscotch chocolate muffin, and a cinnamon roll (more of a cinnamon square). All these pastries together were $19– very fair!! I brought them home to share with my family (not gf) and they loved these items and we all agreed the cinnamon roll was fantastic, and we really liked the cookie dough cupcake as well (they said “you can’t even tell it’s gluten free”). The other items tasted good too.

Better than my local GF bakeries in the South Bay (Oy! and Sweet Diplomacy) because this place serves breakfast and lunch, not just pastries. I ordered a turkey club sandwich with fruit, a spice cupcake and a chocolate banana cupcake, and banana pudding. The banana pudding was amazing 10/10, especially since I haven’t had the opportunity to eat it since before going GF. It had a strong banana flavor but not too artificial, with banana slices and I think there was vanilla cake in it instead of the traditional nilla wafers. Banana chocolate cupcake was great 9/10, a cupcake flavor that I’ve never had before. The chocolate buttercream wasn’t as sweet as I prefer, but that’s more of a me thing. Spice cake was just ok, nothing wrong with it but the flavors didn’t wow me. Sandwich was also just ok. Bread was better than most, but the sandwich ingredients lacked the flavor that you’d get from a proper sandwich shop. I would go back if I’m ever in the area for the pudding and the cupcakes.

Dedicated gluten free bakery with nice breakfast options. Their bacon breakfast sandwich with avocado is bomb - highly recommend. We’ve gone a bunch and my wife has not gotten glutened.

My family of six stopped in on our way to San Francisco. We used the app to look up safe places for my son and daughter(wheat allergy and Celiac disease). We decided on Life is Sweet and couldn’t have been happier. We ate breakfast and also ordered several cookies to eat on our trip throughout the day. All of the cookies were big enough to split 6 ways(we did order about 12 different cookies). We will definitely be back!

We ordered a gluten free wedding cake and it was Delicious!! It was two tiered one cake was vanilla with strawberry filling the other was red velvet with cream cheese filling. Edit: It seems they’ve changed their potato salad recipe!

Three stars because their baked goods and sandwiches are amazing and I don’t react, but I got very sick from their potato salad. When I first ate here I got a sandwich with some potato salad on the side. I felt a reaction but I didn’t know what it was from since I assumed they were dedicated gluten free. Then a week or 2 later I got a large container of their potato salad. I hadn’t eaten any food the entire day so I was excited. I ate about half of the container, and in the middle of eating I started reacting very strongly. I ended up getting very sick and had a reaction for the next 5 days. I knew it was the potato salad because it was the only meal I ate that day and I’m very strict with my diet. I almost never get sick. I haven’t gone back because of this, nor have I brought it up to them because I got so sick, so I think this is the best place to post my experience.

Slowest service ever - if you order food. Counter service for cookies and cupcakes is fine Took 1 hour to get a simple sandwich and burger order. I asked to verify what items were dairy free and when my burger arrived I could tell the bun was toasted with butter, server was unsure of what was on my bun and had to verify with the kitchen. They offered to remake but after a 1 hour wait I passed for a refund. Staff was nice about the error and said it was a new chef/cook but waitstaff or service must have also been new to not write a note on my order about the dairy issue nor for the staff to know what the procedure is for preparing the food. Cupcake was ok, cookie was good. The cupcakes and cookies are huge but the sandwich portion is very small, tiny bread and the burger was rated as fair by the person in our party that ate it. We won’t be back

Oh my goodness! I have been GF for 7 years. The best baked goods I have had since then. The breakfast sandwich was AMAZING! The bread was so good. The food is 5 stars. The customer service is 0. I placed a to-go order and let them know I would be a few minutes late. The manager threatened to lock the doors if I was late and not give me my food. I arrived a few minutes earlier, got my food, and stayed in the parking lot to eat because they were closing. However they stayed open and unlocked and taking orders after their “hard lock the door time.”

This is a completely dedicated gluten free bakery. You do not have to worry about any cross contamination because everything is safe to have. The food is absolutely delicious. I’ve had many of their baked goods and I have never been disappointed. The cookies are so yummy!

This place is so cute and the workers are friendly. It’s dedicated gf and everything tastes great. We appreciated their signs about no outside food and beverages to keep it safe for Celiac.

Update: The quality of the food has been hit or miss. We’ve gone several times now and 50% of the time it’s great and other times the food is either burnt or not cooked enough. Wish it was always great. Had to take away two stars.
