I've gone here for years and the staff is trained and the only foods that aren't safe are the obvious ones like bread and fried stuff. Quite a good option for celiacs.

Lily Q's is one of those all around great BBQ joints in Chicago. They don't have a dedicated gf menu but you can get pretty much any of their meats without bread as the meats come dry and you had your own sauces. The tri-trip is delicious and tender. The best thing about this place is all their custom sauces (6-7) are ALL GF! They are also have a few gf drinks available including some custom made whiskey that are clearly labeled on their menu. Definitely give this place a try!
