We ate dinner here once and I had the za’atar chicken. It was delicious and I did not have any reaction afterwards. The second day of our stay were came here for lunch. The server brought me a Turkey sandwich on regular focaccia bread and said it was gluten free. I almost started to eat it but thankfully my husband ordered the same thing and his came out on toasted gf bread. The server then realized mine was wrong and took it back to be remade. I again told her I have celiac, not just a preference. Moments later she brought back the home style potatoes from the side of my plate in a bowl. I asked if they were the same ones from my plate before and she said yes. I again explained my allergy and she took them back. Then two more servers came out and all had different answers about toasters, shared fryers… it was a hot mess. I had already eaten a few of the fries because I had been assured they were safe, but they were not. I can safely recommend the dinner entrees which were absolutely delicious, but I cannot recommend the breakfast or lunch.

Lilly's is a Mt Shasta staple for gluten free. Everyone is knowledgeable and the food is very happy and delicious. Highly recommend for all meals.
They don't have a desperate menu I know of but the majority of items can be made gluten free. I've eaten here many times with no issues.

Called and was amazed to see the variety of options for breakfast. They make their own has and fried potatoes. Had gluten free toast as a side. I had more than a small handful of choices. Did not see their lunch or dinner menu but suspect it would be pretty good as well.
