I felt very safe eating here. You can get any gluten free topping on your gluten free pancake. You can customize your toppings. The pancake comes out with a big gluten free tag so there isn’t a mistake. The staff was very friendly. Are there twice and did not get sick.

Because of all the great reviews we decided to get take out our last morning in Noord. It did not disappoint! I ordered the pancake with strawberry and banana and my husband got the meat omelet. Both were absolutely fantastic. When we go back to Aruba we plan to have breakfast here many times!!

Linda’s pancakes does not disappoint, I had the Pineapple, coconut & coconut rum pancake, it came out with both a gluten and dairy free marker on it. It was delicious and I felt safe eating here, especially with the waitress confirming my allergies multiple times. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island and would visit again.

This place was insanely delicious! You wouldn’t even know it’s gluten free. Highly highly recommend!

Last year I ate here three times and loved the gluten free Dutch pancake. I have celiac and get sick even from cross contamination. I had no problems here and the pancake was amazing. I’m in Aruba now and have eaten here again and it’s a good as I remember. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend.

I was in Aruba for my honeymoon this past week (September 2021). Me and my gluten-eating husband were both thrilled with our Dutch pancakes. I last had Dutch pancakes in the Netherlands back in the joyous days when I could eat gluten - these gluten free pancakes were just as delicious and I did not get sick from them! I am sensitive to cross contamination and had no issues at Linda’s. If/WHEN we return to Aruba we will definitely be going back here.

Great experience! I’m also dairy free and had no issues. Ordered strawberry banana pancakes and they came out with a gluten free tag on them. Food and coffee was great!

So yummy! Everything came flagged GF! They also had dairy free options which also had a flag that said “dairy free” I was able to try all of their pancakes! So good!

This is a GREAT place for gluten challenged folks like myself. The GF Dutch pancakes were out of this world and the menu clearly marked. I mixed and matched mine with a variety of fillings. It came with a little toothpick flag marked “gluten free.” We are currently in Aruba and plan on returning here a couple more times it was soooo good. Want to try some of the other fillings.

We went to Diana’s and Linda’s while visiting and Linda’s was by far my favorite! They have gluten free batter for the Dutch pancakes and they are thin and super tasty! I got it with pineapple, mango and papaya. I let them know I had a gluten allergy when ordering and they confirmed when delivering the food that mine was gluten free. It’s a bit further from the resort area but definitely worth the quick taxi ride.

I was in Aruba last week for a week with some friends - all of which are Celiac and I am also dairy free. We had Linda's Dutch Pancakes one morning. They were great - not a typical American-style pancake. I had the apple and bacon pancake which was delicious. Definitely recommend! Coffee was great, too.

Loved the gluten free pancakes here, I got one savory and one sweet to share with my husband who is not celiac but thought they were delish. He even had to double check they were gf with the waiter because they tasted so good! It’s definitely worth checking out for a breakfast spot.

Great spot, can make all of the Dutch pancakes gf for $2.25 upcharge. I felt safe having my celiac son eat breakfast here and no sign of cross contamination. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, great food, large portions! Very gluten/celiac aware—the owner is Celiac. Only recommendation is come before 9:00 or after 12:00-gets VERY busy!

Great food! So happy to have found this place on the island. 😊 We ate here almost every day of our trip. The prices are much more reasonable than the resorts and the portion sizes are nice too. One thing I would say is if you’re in a hurry, this may not be the place for you. They are Dutch owned and move on European time. P.S. Dutch pancakes = crepes.

Had a great experience- nice, casual atmosphere that is perfect for families. Our celiac son tried both the GF pancakes (with bacon) and pizza. He enjoyed both, and had no reactions after. Owner and staff are incredibly friendly and truly put our minds at ease.

I had the gluten free pizza with chicken, pineapple and onion. They use gouda cheese and it tastes great. Paid $14US for 10" pizza which was more than enough food for me. They were open 8a-10p Monday - Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

Bacon Apple Dutch GF pancake was awesome. The syrup I s amazing. My husband had the coconut Dutch pancake with pineapple full of gluten and actually enjoyed mine more. Definitely recommend if on the island. Been there twice now and will be back again.

Hands down my favorite place on the island! The Dutch pancakes are out this world as is the pizza and the Gfree brownies.

These pancakes are delightful! Even more importantly, the staff was knowledgable about gluten and I felt very confident ordering gf pancakes. (And I feel fine after eating.)

I had the apple and bacon pancake and I added Gouda. Amazing. Truly. My husband had a regular (i.e. With gluten pizza) and he greatly enjoyed it.

Excellent gf Dutch pancakes with bananas! You must go at least once. My family loved the "regular" pizzas too. Affordable and friendly!
