The menu is clearly marked with which items are gluten free. Out waiter advised he would tell the kitchen (without mw asking him) to ensure the food isn't fried with gluten items. The food was delicious!
I am writing this not only because our food was fantastic but so was our service. We have eaten here several times and always had great servers and excellent food. I am celiac and have never gotten sick. They do have several options and will accommodate changes on the menu. We will diffentlly continue. to eat here.
didn't have any specific gluten free options
Smoky environment (it is in a casino ;)) but the food tasted bland and the meat had a spoiled taste.
With these other ratings I thought I was in for something spectacular and since my diagnosis of Celiac, I am not super hard to please. Plus i could have been an off night. But...the food was horrible, even my kids did not like theirs and they could live off Chinese. Plus, I got glutened. 3rd time like this in a 5 year diagnosis. We will never go back.
They are pretty safe. But, they have to take all the flavor out to make it gf. I still went for the amazing sushi though. They used to have gf sushi, but they changed their menu. When I asked if they could make the sushi from the old menu, they said "the cook can make whatever you request." So, I explained that I didn't know what was in the old ones, but I wanted it. He said he didn't know either. "Ok, well what could I order (with gf ingredients) that IS gf then?" He just turned around and walked away mumbling. I walked out and have not been back.
Food was really good. Ordered sushi and edamame. Half was through the edamame I found a noodle. When brought to the waitresses attention by letting her know that the noodle could have caused me to get sick she stated, "well did you eat it?" Leads me to believe that he knowledge about Celiac Disease is really not there.
I have eaten here several times and the last few times I have gotten really sick. I order gluten free, check to make sure there is the lime on the plate, and double check when receiving my order. I know there are issues of cross contamination. On one occasion I didn't even make it out of the restaurant before getting sick. I can only thank my lucky stars I made it to the bathroom on time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has problems with gluten
Look at the bottom of the menu for a symbol that denotes which meals can be made gluten free.
I've eaten at this location several times now and have had very good experiences. If you are Celiac or have a gluten allergy let them know as the kitchen will take extra precautions. My favorites are the Seafood Hot Pot and I've also enjoyed their sushi.
It is rare that I get a reaction these days, I've got my restaurant ordering down to an art. BUT within 30 minutes of eating the gluten free Pad Thai I knew I had been "glutened". The food was delicious, but not safe. If they are going to offer gluten free menu items they need to figure it out.
Really great food and service. The waitress was really knowledgeable and when she wasn't sure, she went back to the chef. My only complaint is that everything except the spicy tuna rolls needed modifications to make it GF, and those modifications were typically the removal of the sauce. I got the evil jungle princess and they had to keep the marinade off. It was still amazing, but I wanted to try the lettuce wraps and was told they'd have to be served dry.
While the food is good, they aren't consistent. Horrible service, and I have had a reaction once, even after being assured that they had made it without any flour. The chicken was breaded, and the next time I ordered it, it wasn't breaded and I had no reaction. I won't risk eating here again.
