Review of LIT Pizza

Best pizza I've had. Even from before having to be gluten free. The owner's wife has Celiac, so they take the correct precautions. The manager always handles my food to ensure its handled properly. They have a gluten free sauce with a separate ladle and a different cutter for gluten free. The pizzas are made in an open kitchen where you can see everything. That made me more comfortable.
