Love the food here! Not all employees know everything about being GF, but they listen to any instructions you request, like changing gloves. They are also sticklers for cleanliness. When contacted online to ask about GF seasonings and options, they were clear that the only things that contain gluten would be tortillas and their chips as well as anything touched directly by gloves, such as lettuce and shredded cheese. I've been a big fan since they opened and still am post-diagnosis.
