Update on previous post: they said they can’t guarantee no cross contamination because they put bread everywhere in the kitchen. Wheat tortillas are put on the griddle and they can’t make GF grilled cheese in a separate pan. Sadly we won’t be coming back. So disappointed because they have a gluten free fryer…
Son has celiac. He is sensitive . We had two sandwiches and shared fries. It was delicious. They changed gloves , used a separate toaster and fryer is only for fries .
Was excited about this after reading the reviews, however the person taking my order couldn’t confidently tell me what was gluten free or not, just that they had gluten free bread. A few minutes after asking many questions and carefully placing an order for a gluten free sandwhich with gluten free bread and explaining my allergy and walking away, he asked me if I wanted gluten free bread with it… I got sick from this.
I have had delicious bbq sandwiches and French Fries (!) here several times and never gotten sick. When you tell them you need to eat it gluten-free, they change gloves, and , clean their work space, use fresh tools. The food is always marked GF and/or bagged separately. They have a dedicated fryer. The GF bread is delicious.
