They are always so wonderful to work with cross-contamination issues. The service has been a little spotty lately, but I’ve never felt sick after eating here.
The staff was well informed. When I stated I had a gluten allergy, the waiter immediately was able to point me to the things on the menu I was able to eat. He also mentioned the shared fryer (without my prompting) and that he would mark the order as an allergy so that the kitchen staff would change their gloves. Tested my meal with a Nima sensor and came back safe.
